It looks like, as it stands, this patch would revert a lot of unrelated work (e.g. it deletes the most recent cross section data). I think it may need to be rebased on the current trunk/master. |

New LV evolution operator that changes the Hamiltonian basis to the basis which diagonalizes the new physics part. Changes are taken from nuSQuIDS_LV (includes additional python bindings)
