Is it really worth adding this to each country? Ideally I'd put this in some directory level readme or just drop this PR. But let's see what Norge thinks

I am not sure we'd want to add this. The address structure was not extracted from one particular place, but rather from multiple sources analyzed by the team. |

Universal Postal Union webpage seems to be a unified database of addressing rules and postal codes.
It looks helpful for me to add this info to the metadata.
