This should only be merged in when berkeleyauv/sub_descriptions#1 gets finished and merged.
This also comments out the uuv_keyboard_teleop.launch file in the key_board_velocity.launch file due to the termios bug with ROS2 Launch files. Instead, you should use ros2 run on the node directly.
