The YAML parser used doesn't properly handle a byte-order-mark (BOM) at the start of helm files. Dependabot-core was previously updated to throw an error, but removing the BOM is a simple case that allows updates to continue.
This PR is expected to fail until the corresponding dependabot-core PR is merged.
