Some new values from using polynomial order 3 instead of 1 in climb/descent for multimission.
Small bugfixes for engine_deck.py
A couple of fixes for Jason's off-design branch. Merging this will merge 840.
…rocessor that eneded up inserting the num_first class/business/tourist options into a GASP aviary_inputs, which broke some logic on the subsequent preprocess run.
Fixed some failures due to a preprocessor bug.

Summary
Rewrote the design/mission checks for passenger counts to make sure we never overwrite a count of 0. The important part is the boolean flags if information was or was not provided for the passenger counts before defaulting everything to 0.
