@DiamondJoseph please merge when you are happy with this. It updates the generic IOC versions to fix a couple of minor bugs. It also adds an additional phoebus launcher for use in my tutorials - please note that I have also changed the Channel Access and PVAccess ports as part of this. This is for consistency across the various repos and tutorials. If your scripts are setting the CA and PVA ports then they should match this: Lines 3 to 5 in a663e6a |

The example-services compose-file that we for our system tests is [adjusting the ports that it uses](epics-containers/example-services#43). As we are tracking main of that repository we need to pin this dependency, allowing the ports to be adjusted for the next release. With Renovate we should be able to keep the dependency pinned and use the latest releases, which will require an adjustment to the ports when the release is made.
