Docs: update download page, export format labels, and consistency pass

Summary

• Moved System Requirements to the top of the download page and updated macOS minimum to Catalina (10.15)
• Added project storage estimates (text and audio) with relatable size references
• Wrapped OS-specific installation instructions in tabs
• Marked export formats as Stable (plaintext, HTML), Beta (USFM, XLIFF, round-trip, subtitles), or Coming Soon (CSV/TSV, backtranslations, audio)
• Updated FAQ, home page, video-audio translation, and importing files pages for consistency with export labels
• Added FAQ cross-reference to the troubleshooting page
• Gitignored .code-workspace files and removed NEW_DOCUMENTATION_SUMMARY.md

Test plan

• Verify download page renders correctly with tabs and system requirements at top
• Verify export page Beta/Coming Soon labels render properly
• Check FAQ export answer matches export page categorization
• Confirm .code-workspace files no longer appear in git status
