chore(windows,android): Update Crowdin strings for Portuguese

One of the translators on Crowdin raised issues for these 2 Windows strings:

• ssExitButton
• ssInstallOptionsLink

Also updating Android strings.

I was able to use the Crowdin CLI v4 using a wip crowdin.yml configuration file while investigating #12116
