SkinOptics is an open source Python package with tools for building human skin computational models for Monte Carlo simulations of light transport, as well as tools for analyzing simulation outputs. It can also be used for teaching and exploring about Optical Properties and Colorimetry.

This repository contains the paper Novel Application of Stereotaxically Guided Dental Germinative Photodynamic Regulation in Chinchilla lanigera with Refractory Malocclusion alongside a software package to validate the MCX simulations from the appendix. This is not general use code, and requires installation of the MCX package.
