This repository contains the paper Novel Application of Stereotaxically Guided Dental Germinative Photodynamic Regulation in Chinchilla lanigera with Refractory Malocclusion alongside a software package to validate the MCX simulations from the appendix. This is not general use code, and requires installation of the MCX package.
