Williamtown SOP Updates

[ST6-Bravo]

Summary

This update expands the Williamtown SOPs to include details about military operations and local procedures. It includes details relevant to ADC, TCU and Enroute controllers for facilitating aircraft movements at YWLM.

It also moves responsibility of assigning STARs to aircraft arriving YWLM from the south-east from SY TCU to GUN.

  • Airspace adjusted and associated diagrams updated.
  • Details local "STORM" coded clearance.
  • Added guidance and phraseology examples of how to handle aircraft departing via military gates and corridors.
  • Added Initial and Pitch details
  • Added details about the Salt Ash Air Weapons Range SUA and associated ATIS requirements.
  • Adds requirementreq for ACD to coordinate with TCU prior to clearing an aircraft intending to operate in unactivated SUA.

• WLM TCU

  • Added guidance and phraseology examples of how to handle aircraft departing via military gates and corridors.
  • Details local "STORM" coded clearance.
  • Added details about the Salt Ash Air Weapons Range SUA and associated ATIS requirements.
  • Added Stereo Approach details
  • Adds requirementreq for ACD to coordinatecoord with TCU prior to clearing an aircraft intending to operate in unactivated SUA.
  • Adds requirementreq for TCU to coordinatecoord with enroute prior to activation of SUA.
  • Adds requirementreq for TCU to coordinatecoord with ARL prior to WAH logging on.

• SY TCU

  • Removes responsibility to assign STARs to YWLM arrivals.
  • Adds details and guidance how to facilitate transits of YWLM arrivals.

ARL

• Adds details about Special Use Airspace associated with YWLM military operations.

• Adds details about affected civilian operations passing through activated SUAs.

• Adds responsibility to assign "STORM 2" coded clearances to aircraft returning to YWLM via the Thunder Corridor.

• Adds requirementreq for TCU to coordinatecoord with enroute prior to activation of SUA.

• Adds requirementreq for TCU to coordinatecoord with ARL prior to WAH logging on.

• GUN

  • Add responsibility to assign STARs to YWLM arrivals.

• TSN

  • Adds details about Special Use Airspace associated with YWLM military operations.

• Controller Skills

  • Tidies wording around stereo approaches
  • Adds details about rerouting non-participating aircraft around activated SUA.

That's added the file back in, it's just put your changes from your YPEA PR in there too. I think if you also revert the first commit, it should remove it from the equation
