I am a PhD scholar at Gujarat Biotechnology University (GBU) specializing in structural biology and protein engineering with a focus on protein design, folding, and dynamics. My expertise lies in performing both classical and advanced molecular dynamics (MD) simulations, including steered MD, metadynamics, and umbrella sampling. Additionally, my research involves identifying small-molecule drug candidates to combat WHO-priority multi-drug resistant (MDR) strains.
DTDP – An end-to-end automated pipeline for high-throughput identification of druggable bacterial targets.
GUI_UniDock – A GPU-accelerated interface for Uni-Dock, significantly reducing the barrier to massive-scale virtual screening.
NirA_DeepDocking – Implementation of DL-guided docking protocols for the discovery of novel NirA protein inhibitors.
Bhajan_Schedular – An organizational logic tool designed for streamlined scheduling and mission-critical task management.
The snake eats my daily contributions to "fold" new code sequences.
