Discrete algorithms + example notebook for NN models. Main remaining to-do's are 1) add a few more implemented algorithms and 2) have a nice NN demo -- high dimensions/large data is obvious choice, but would be fun to have something more visualizable. See xopt-org/Xopt#364 for NN code.
