This PR adds the missing keyboard shortcuts to the tooltips for the following actions as requested in #469:
Undo/Redo: Added (Ctrl+Z) and (Ctrl+Shift+Z) to the main toolbar.
Sidebar Spiders (Edit Mode): Added (Z) and (X) to the hover tooltips in the vertex selection list.
Proof Mode Toolbar: Added shortcuts for the selection, magic wand, and identity spiders.
Verified on Arch Linux with Python 3.13.
