Georg: Jan wants to tissue-culture plants and turn the culture vessel (petri dish) and an wearable that could be added to garments. Plant tissue-cultures are usually pure culture, any accidental growth on fungi and bacteria is considered contamination - and it will affect the health of the plant. A pure culture is also a very stressful environment for plants -because the conditions are too safe. Plant will have to be hardened (slowly accustomed to the outside) if they were to be taken out of the protective petri dish. Prolonged tissue-culturing might also result in glassification - the plant leaves become translucent and die.

I'd also like to see a tighter integration between the plant and the garment, maybe it's possible to grow plants directly on/in the garment - on not as an add-on wearable. A possible scenario would also be that the garment would grow with the wearer, and adapt to body size changes.
