Welcome to the Ardrobot Wiki!
Ardrobot is a project to automate the control and capture of data from low-cost robots, and other machines & sensors, remotely using the internet. We are working to create a very simple platform based on widely available open-source hardware and software. When we succeed, anyone should be able to create a robot they can control nearly anywhere in the world as easily as they create a website today.
This project is still in its early days. However, we are trying to document everything in public as we go. As such, we will start sharing code as we beging testing it -- sometimes even before. In any case, we'd love to have you get involved. Look for "TODO" items around the wiki or visit the Ardrobot Issues page to view tickets needing attention.

- Ardrobot Server -- Command & Control where you pilot your bot (built on Ubuntu, ROS, OpenVPN, VNC, etc.)
- Ardrobot Android -- Eyes & Brain for your bot; also handels communications between the ardrobot server and Arduino
- Ardrobot Arduino -- Bot nervous system where sensors (distance, light, movement, and hundreds more) and actuators (motors, servos, etc.) are controlled
