Summary
Drops the second row (
IP_lung_1T_060317_2.raw) fromtestdata/PXD009752.sdrf.tsv, leaving a single-file SDRF for the mhcquant CI test profile.Why
The two-file SDRF exhausts the default 40 GB EBS volume on the nf-core runs-on.com CI runner (raw download + mzML conversion + Docker images). A one-file test still exercises the full SDRF/PRIDE input path end-to-end.
