What is HRV and why should I care?

Heart rate variability (HRV) is the physiological phenomenon of variation in the time interval between heartbeats.

It is measured by the variation in the beat-to-beat interval. HRV is interesting because it was discovered that there is a high correlation between a high rate of variability and change between heart beats to feelings of emotional stress.

In the site you could see in the HRV graph page your measured values and their implications on your stress level, with our analysis.
