Covertness

Composes a category of skills focussing on dexterity as their primary attribute and puts characters to the role of stealth and deception to avoid danger. They devote as much effort to mastering the use of a variety of skills as they do to perfecting their combat abilities, giving them a broad expertise that few other characters can match. Such a character would rather make one precise strike, placing it exactly where the attack will hurt the target most, than wear an opponent down with a barrage of attacks

Light-Mastery

A character proficient in light weapon mastery adds a bonus to their attack and damage die rolls whenever damage is determined by a light melee weapon, equal to this skill’s proficiency level

Hiding

A character proficient in hiding adds a bonus to their stealth checks, equal to this skill’s proficiency level. This does not just focus on hiding per se but also moving silently and getting advantage in combat

Sleight of Hand

A character with an improved sleight of hand adds a bonus to their jugglery checks, equal to this skill’s proficiency level

Unlocking

[ACTION] A character making use of this action tries to unlock an object secured by mechanical or other means. This also involves (dis)arming a trap or (de)activating a mechanism or mechanical entity.

It may be necessary for the character to pass a sturdiness, dexterity, or cognition check in order to determine the outcome and result of this action. This depends on the means taken to secure the object. A mechanical secured object will more likely require dexterity, while more complex measures will rely on intelligence. A more simple security measure might also be taken off by brute forcing the means. The narrator should therefore decide on the specific case and the right place for this skill
