Recovery Phase

This is when the current character resolves status effects. Some skills, items and environmental circumstances, as well as bonuses may have effects that activate at the beginning of this phase. They have the word “recovery” written at the beginning of the effect.

After all effects are resolved, the character proceeds to the next phase
